Two interesting birds seen recently. One photo of the Olive-sided Flycatcher which passes through every year,

and three photos of a young Great Horned Owl, back in the woods to the left of the bridge in a clearing, in a sycamore tree overlooking the creek.

You have to go slow and observe movement and look for stationary objects which are hopefully birds. And listening for bird calls. Being almost a Sherlock Holmes looking for clues. ---- Roger Swanson
