Since it was looking like volunteering at CVBG would be put on hold for a week or two due to the projected rains, we focused on getting some additional plants installed in the garden. Tuesday was a day of planting. Steve Davis was on hand to place orange flags with plant names on them for identification and to serve as a guide to where to plant and later to let volunteers know where the new plants are that require additional water and TLC as they become established during their first year.
